ZZ – "No Ends" (Album)

ZZ pushes an album that sonically lands between Yung Lean and Rich Brian, without losing himself to either as a copycat. There is a unique mixture of the sampling, synthetic noises, and drum breaks that point out how coordinated and aware ZZ is. The project has weight and direction behind it, putting it well above contemporary competition of other young artists. Tracks “Drunk at 5am” and “Ghosttown” with Yung Bans are emblematic of ZZ’s vibrancy and project as a whole.
